We have developed a robust weatherproof case for storing your VC200 control panel, you can then open up the case and position the top cover allowing user to operate the joysticks and touch panel whilst protecting the screen from bright sunlight and water.
The case is manufactured from a heavy duty synthetic material with hook & loop closing straps and openings at the rear of case to allow access to mounting bracket fitment on the pushrod reel and all connectors, these are secured with hook & loop fasteners.
The case is easy to use and with the iPEK neck strap utilised means a comfortable operating position can be achieved whilst protecting the control panel from the elements.
Once the job is completed, simply disconnect the control cable and stow inside the built in storage pocket and fold the case down. The unit is now securely stored away in a discreet black case and screen and joysticks protected with the added benefit of being out of sight of prying eye if left in vehicle.

We have developed a case for the side of your Agilios reel which allows for a smaller less intrusive storage solution for the docked battery. The standard case is a large soft material case which allows storage of the VC200 mobile control panel - when using the separate VC200 control panel case this large standard side ‘bag’ is not not required. Replace with the robust weatherproof case and this will securely keep the battery protected and has access hole in bottom for simple connection of VC200 Panel.

When you require the integration of the VC200 mobile control panel and the Ridgid Sea Snake push rod camera you can use the iPEK Vision Control Sea Snake (VCSS) unit - the unit requires the battery pack from the iPEK system to be mounted under the unit - this unfortunately has no catch to secure the battery to the unit so will slide apart when used. We have developed a case which holds the 2 parts together securely whilst still allowing the connections to be made easily and with the added benefit of a removable clear top panel which allows access to the control buttons and switches.
The case is manufactured from a heavy duty weatherproof synthetic material with hook & loop fastening around the top to gain access to the unit, this top flap is removable and also fully replaceable in the event of damage or loss.
Also supplied with a heavy duty carry strap to make using even easier.

We have seen an increased amount of VC200 control panels through the workshop with snapped joysticks from over extending the movement range of the joystick itself.
We have designed and manufactured a simple solution for this. By fitting a small precision machined aluminium ring into the VC200 front face the ring allows full extension of movement to allow correct control of crawler but supports the very top so as stopping the joystick over extending to the point where the base snaps.
Simply clean the control panel and glue the ring onto the face with our high strength epoxy. Rings are sold as a pair.
