We offer the repair, maintenance and sales of iPEK International ROVION & AGILIOS equipment along with offering consumable items required for the day to day running of the specialised equipment, From Nitrogen canisters to spare crawler wheels we offer a complete range.
We also offer our continuously expanding range of protection cases for iPEK equipment to complement your equipment set up.
We pride ourselves on turning equipment repairs around and back to the user as soon as possible. Carrying a sizeable stock of spare parts helps with this and we will shortly be offering rental equipment to help whilst yours is with our technicians.

We are located in Alcester, Warwickshire. Around 8 miles from Stratford-upon Avon. We have great access to the midlands motorway network so M5 - M40 - M6 are all located close by.
We are fully committed to offering a complete service for your CCTV equipment we have undergone rigorous factory training at iPEK in Germany and have 3 in-house fully qualified black belt technicians on ROVION & AGILIOS. A constant program of factory training courses are scheduled to ensure we are up-to-date with testing and quality regimes.
We have also undergone ATEX training gaining iPEK accreditation to work on EX rated equipment for those extremely sensitive zones.
All repairs are catalogued and a full repair / service history will be created for your equipment. We deal with iPEK on a daily basis and have regular parts shipments from Germany to keep stocks replenished.
We are open for repairs 6 days a week - M-F - 8am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 12.00pm - we can also offer out of hours repair for those really awkward times ! - please feel free to give us a call to discuss your requirements.
